At Sustainable Migration Services, we typically work on fixed-fee agreements, tailored to the agreed scope, complexity, effort, and time involved in each case. These factors are largely driven by the type of visa application or service. Our process usually begins with an initial consultation to obtain required information, clarity and direction.
Following the initial consultation (where applicable), we provide a transparent fee estimate for further work required. Our fee per visa type (shown below) often include immigration advice and case management by a registered migration agent, multiple client contacts, questionnaires, assistance with documentation, lodging visa application, and tracking application status post-lodgement, including responding to queries from Immigration Department. Details of the final agreed work or services and fees are documented in a formal Service Agreement prior to commencement.
(These fees are for visa application only; they exclude fees for pre-consultation, skills assessments support, nomination, sponsorship, and others not specified in the Service Agreement)
